San Francisco has unique characteristics that have to be addressed to allow people of all ages and abilities to live here. Cathy Spensley will give an overview of the work of the Age- and Disability Friendly Work Group. This is not only a report but also an invitation to brainstorm for a universal future of our City.

Cathy Spensley, MSW, LCSW, is senior division director of the Family Service Agency of San Francisco, overseeing programs that serve over 2000 seniors a year. Her work promotes partnerships among service providers, researchers and policy makers. She is passionate about bringing youth into the discussion on aging. Cathy also serves on AHWGO’s advisory committee.
