When we think of wellness in the US we tend to think of personal wellness, you go out to the gym, you figure out your diet, you look at your sleep patterns. It is all I, I, I and yet what we really most want and need in later life is not the I, I, I of wellness it is the We, We, We of wellness. And isn’t it interesting that the word ‘Wellness’ starts with ‘We’ and Illness starts with ‘I’.
