Aging 360
EMPOWERING AGING IN PLACE: A HANDS-ON REVOLUTION IN HOME ADAPTATION
The Aging 360 program is transforming the way older adults adapt their homes for aging in place. Offering a unique, hands-on approach, Aging 360 empowers participants to make personalized, age-friendly changes to their living spaces — without the need for expensive contractors. By using a peer-to-peer, design studio-inspired model, the program helps older adults assess and modify their homes with practical, low- or no-cost solutions.
With its human-centered methodology, Aging 360 gives older adults the confidence and tools to adapt their homes to meet their evolving needs — making it a game-changing solution for aging in place that is both practical and sustainable.
At Home With Growing Older collaborates with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations to bring Aging 360 to communities. We customize Aging 360 to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, ensuring it complements and enhances the existing programs offered by our partners.
