Table Talks

At Home With Growing Older and Ruth’s Table are teaming up to host Table Talks, an intergenerational discussion series exploring the themes of city living and community care. Table Talk conversations aim to deepen our understanding of connection and belonging, with participants leaving these discussions with fresh insights and a stronger sense of community.

Our next Table Talk will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Ruth’s Table (directions). Additional details will be coming soon!

We invite you to join us for an evening of art-making, refreshments, and meaningful dialogue as we gather to share diverse stories, insights and perspectives on aging. Your openness and engagement are encouraged in the conversation.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us — working together to create cities that support, connect, and animate our lives as we age.

Follow us on social media for updates, and join our learning community today to get insider news about our programs.

Thank you to our featured guests, Rowena Richie & Beth Wilmurt, who guided us on an interactive journey with shadow puppetry and song. Thank you to the Ruth’s Table staff, who led an art-making session to deepen reflections and spark new creative possibilities.
